Amenity Areas at Rockledge

Rockledge Apartments in Atlanta has so many different amenity areas throughout the 80 acre community that the management team decided to name each area a few months back so residents could easily locate them on the property map and find them when driving through the community.

Gorgeous arbors were built in front of each area identifying the names of the 7 different outdoor amenities which include The Rapids, The Knoll, South Bank, The Ledges, The Bridges, TreeTops and North Bank.

Each area provides a different amenity or has a unique characteristic that distinguishes it from the other locations, providing a myriad of options for residents at these Marietta apartments who are looking for something to do in the community that makes the most of the beautiful fall weather.

• South Bank- Located on the Southern end of the community, this area includes a gas grill pavilion area w/ picnic tables and an outdoor fireplace area. It is also just a few steps away from the river access trail.
• The Knoll- The Kids Playzone area is located here with a large Playground and seating areas.
• The Ledges- This area includes a gas grill pavilion area and is in closest proximity to the new ultimate clubhouse currently under construction.
• The Bridges- 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, a playground, and a grill pavilion area are all located here by the community bridges.
• Rapids- Located across from the northern pools, this area has a beautiful outdoor fireplace area with gas grills and seating.
• Treetops- Going up the hill to the Treetops area provides a great view of the leaves and nature trails. Gas grills and picnic tables are provided in this location.
• North Bank- An intimate area by the Northern Trails, this area includes gas grills and a seating pavilion.
