A Snow-Covered Rockledge
ByJust the chance of snow or ice in Atlanta seems to send people running to the grocery stores for milk and bread, which is amusing because Atlanta is not known for extreme snow storms that keep people snowed in for days on end. However, it was no different this week when forecasters predicted an inch or two of snow in and around the city on Thursday, January 7th. Although the 2010 Atlanta snow “storm” came a little later than the forecasters predicted, we did get just enough to create a beautiful, snow-dusted Atlanta apartment community before it melted away.
So, enjoy this video of the snow we got at Rockledge apartments in Marietta, GA. The community is heavily wooded, offering beautiful natural views year round, but the snow definitely adds something more. And, this resort community is perfect for enjoying the winter scene with outdoor fireplace areas and gas grill pavilions to keep residents warm while they enjoy the views.
