Join OACS-Atlanta for a Hike at Rockledge

If you’re interested in a little adventure and meeting new friends then be sure to join the Outdoor Adventure Club of the South (OACS-Atlanta) for a “Hike or Bike” at Rockledge Apartments on Sunday, October 11th at 10:30AM. Chief Organizer for OACS and Rockledge resident, Dante Martinez, will be leading a group of hikers and bikers from the Rockledge leasing office down to the Cochran Shoals and Sope Creek trails behind the luxury community.
Located along the Chattahoochee River with beautiful views, the trails at Cochran Shoals are perfect for beginners but still fun for experienced hikers with a few small streams to cross and some steep hills on the side trails. Following the hike or bike, participants will return to Rockledge for free Mellow Mushroom pizza and drinks provided by the community.
Whether you are a long time Atlanta resident, or arrived here recently, OACS is a fantastic way to meet people and explore new places in Atlanta. With over 1,300 members and several events lined up each month, OACS offers you the freedom to choose from many interesting, adventurous activities and events.
