Clubhouse Construction Update

Construction of the highly anticipated clubhouse at Rockledge Apartments is capturing the attention of everyone in the area. It’s almost impossible to drive by the community without taking a peak over to see the progress of the new clubhouse.
Dubbed the “Ultimate Clubhouse,” construction has moved quickly on this 17,000 + square ft structure with the exterior of the building almost complete. Stone is being added to the front of the building this week and crews are working diligently on the interior to get the clubhouse ready to open this spring!
If you’ve been following the construction updates since the beginning of the project then you will notice that the clubhouse is starting to look more and more like the rendering shown on the construction fence banner. The new outdoor sand volleyball court and tennis court will be also built between now and grand opening.
Once completed, the Rockledge clubhouse will be one of the largest in the Southeast featuring an 80 seat movie theater, yoga studio, indoor basketball court, party room with billiards, state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor running track.
