Monumental Year at Rockledge

2009 was a monumental year at Rockledge apartments in Atlanta with extensive improvements made to both the interiors and exteriors of the community.

Residents at this luxury, gated community on the Chattahoochee River were treated to new amenity areas being constructed throughout the 80 acres including new outdoor fireplace areas with seating, several gas grill pavilions with picnic tables, playgrounds and over 2 miles of hiking trails.

New bridges were also built to connect all three sections of the property allowing residents easy access to all 7 swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and river access trails. Two of the tennis courts at Northbank were also resurfaced to new condition and it was announced that group and private tennis lessons will be offered at the beginning of the year.

Construction also started on the new 17,500 square foot clubhouse which will be complete next spring 2010. The clubhouse will include a 80 seat movie theater, indoor running track, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor basketball court, yoga studio, striprobics, and party room with flat screen televisions and billiards table.
